I hope you are excited to follow me around Ontario!! In my next posts I will be reporting straight from Toronto and the road trip we are taking for the next 3 weeks. After Toronto we will be heading to Guelph to visit my darling boyfriends family, we will be heading up north to the lakes and then go all the way south to Niagara Falls.
The pictures were taken from Toronto Island (Centre Island) and it's the perfect getaway for the people living in the city. You can get there by boat or by taking the ferry (we took the Ferry) and had the most amazing time on the island. It literally is like a big Amusement park and I felt like a little kid. My absolute favourite was the gondola ride - what a fantastic way to see the island! It was so much fun and even though I couldn't get my boyfriend to come with me (he doesn't do heights) - my friend LauriAnn was happy to join in. Even though we don't get to see each other very often, she is like a sister to me and I totally love her.
The view from Toronto Island is breath-taking, I couldn't get enough of the skyline! I mean seriously - isn't that the most amazing view ever?
