Banana Republic Trench Coat

Another rainy day filled with nothing but - well - rain. This is by far the worst summer I have ever experienced and the outlook is pretty bleak. Monsoon summer sale has started yesterday and usually I am really excited to shop for great bargains but I haven't even touched most of my summer dresses (already contemplating wearing them with tights and boots) which I have bought earlier this year.

For the last couple of days I have noticed a little spider dangling from my sun visor in my car (I am not a fan of spiders and they usually freak me out beyond reason - several almost mental episodes have been reported... - anyway this one is tiny tiny) and I have decided to just keep it there. The rain has been so bad I am surprised not more creatures are living in my car (I once had a bat in my car as I left the window open or something and the car alarm went off several times, eventually I got in the car and moved it a little and suddenly the bat came out and I freaked and thought I was going to die...but that's another story...). Anyway, I decided to keep the spider in my car, called it 'Edgar' and made sure my car is locked properly....

Today I was wearing my favourite trench coat from Banana Republic - I absolute love Banana Republic and I can't wait to get back to the U.S. in a few week's time to indulge in their fall/winter wardrobe. And speaking of winter - can we please have the summer back?
